About Us

Ximena (Hemena) is a self-taught international sugar artist, who travels the world sharing her unique sugarcraft knowledge. She has created and designed hundreds of molds and cutters which show her charming individuality, instantly recognizable and acclaimed. Her products make sugartcraft an art form of its own without taking endless hours in achieving perfection. She began her modeling and designing career making figures out of Play Dough when her son was only two.

Her accomplishments as a cake designer include Gold Medals and Best in Show pieces in competitions in New York for years in a row. In 2001, Ximena began her career as an international demonstrator and teacher at worldwide sugarcraft shows as well as designing her own cutters and molds. There have been two DVDs published, including her best selling products Baby Shoes.
